Scholars’ exam success

 May 11, 2015 | Simon Jenkins

New figures released by the University show that on average, scholarship students are out-performing the rest of our student body.

Of the entire student cohort graduating in 2014, 78% received either a First Class degree or a 2:1. In the same year, 88% of scholars achieved either a First or 2:1.

The figures are proof that despite sometimes entering the University with lower A-Level grades than their peers, the support of a scholarship enables these bright young people to equip themselves admirably at University.
